M.e.m.o.r.y

In psychology, memory is an organism's ability to store, retain, and subsequently retrieve information.A basic and generally accepted classification of memory is based on the duration of memory retention, and identifies three distinct types of memory: sensory memory, short term memory and long term memory.
Best way to improve memory:
The best way to improve memory seems to be to increase the supply of oxygen to the brain, which may be accomplished with aerobic exercises; walking for three hours each week suffices, as does swimming or bicycle riding.

Ok let's imagine: what if one day U can only save one of the memory out of all that u have in ur brain, what would it be? a good one or a bad one? happy one or sad one? The show makes me think of what if one day I will be like the girl in there, lost all my memories, I wonder how my life would be after that?
